What we collect and why
When you buy something. Payment is processed by Stripe, which collects your card details, name, email, and billing country. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares your email and order details with us so we can deliver your files and provide support. Stripe's own privacy policy governs its processing.
When you give us your email. If you request a quiz result, Edition Zero, or first access to new editions, we store your email address and the context you gave it in, and use it to send you what you asked for and occasional news about Lussurro. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.
When you visit the site. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and performance. If analytics or advertising measurement tools are active, they may set cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
Legal basis
We process purchase data to perform our contract with you, email list data on the basis of your consent, and site logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.
Sharing
We share data only with the services needed to run Lussurro: Stripe (payments), our email and form providers (delivery and support), our hosting provider, and file delivery services. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or receive a copy of it. Email hello@lussurro.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
