What you are buying
Lussurro products are digital files: Lightroom presets delivered as .XMP and .DNG files, and video LUTs delivered as .cube and .3dl files. Nothing physical is shipped. Files are delivered by download link immediately after payment is confirmed through Stripe.
Licence
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files on your own photography and video work, including commercial client work, without limit on the number of projects. You may install the files on any devices you personally use.
You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the files, in whole or in part, modified or unmodified, and you may not use them to create competing preset or LUT products. The files remain the intellectual property of Gary Nunn Photography.
Delivery and cancellation
Because the products are digital content delivered instantly, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once the download begins, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If a file is faulty, corrupted, or does not perform as described, contact hello@lussurro.com and we will repair, replace, or refund it. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Results
Presets and LUTs are calibrated starting points. Results vary with camera, lighting, exposure, and white balance, and each image or clip will need per-file refinement. We make no promise that your work will look identical to the examples on this site.
Founding member pricing
Founding member pricing is available for a limited number of purchases as stated on the site at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Lifetime updates means free access to future refinements of the products you have purchased, for as long as Lussurro operates.
